In the course of digitalisation, the cooperation of companies with partners, suppliers and customers is changing. This results in an increasing number of global partners with complex and constantly changing relationships. Such relationships can increasingly be mapped with the help of digital data. The analysis and control of such value-added networks consisting of companies, partners, suppliers and customers is a challenge for the industry.

In this project, value added networks are to be digitally mapped and analysed. Data are made available and processed within the company and artificial intelligence methods are further developed. This includes the appropriate mapping of the value-added network and of available data sources. Pilot projects with companies aim at better estimating and forecasting sales, customer and partner demand and delivery times, thus optimising value-added relationships.
