Project Office

The cluster management project office offers project coordinators support with applying for and carrying out projects. It is the central point of contact for projects, is in constant communication with all coordinators and provides a project handbook containing templates, tips and experiences.

Projects in the Leading-Edge Cluster have certain structural features that differ from traditional funded projects. Due to the complexity and multifaceted nature of it’s OWL research projects, they pose great challenges in terms of preparation and implementation. It is the project coordinators’ job to meet these. Working closely with the project sponsor and cluster management company, they steer each project and act as its external representative.
